Scholar Description

I graduated in 2016 with a BS in Neuroscience with minors in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. In my lab we are studying neurogenesis in the mouse brain within the context of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, as well as some aspects of stroke recovery, and vesicle transmission. I am looking to earn a Ph.D. in neuroscience and go on to study ways to combat, reverse, or prevent Alzheimer’s disease in the human brain via pharmaceuticals and/or novel behavioral therapies. When I am not in the lab, I like to rock climb, both inside and outside, and play soccer. I also watch a lot of television and have a vast knowledge of television and movies.
