Scholar Description
I earned a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Biotechnology in the spring of 2025 at the University of New Mexico. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Cancer Biology. In PREP, I work at the Center of Global Health doing viral research. At the Hurwitz Lab, we monitor molecular surveillance of West Nile and St. Louis Encephalitis in Culex Mosquitos in and around Albuquerque. In addition to research, I enjoy pickleball, basketball, exercise, and recreational activities.
