Scholar Description

As part of a collaborative project between two labs in the biology department, I work with both Dr. Cristina Tacaks-Vesbach and Dr. Seth Newsome quantifying the role of the mammalian gut microbiome in supplying its host with essential amino acids. This opportunity to work in laboratory research will help me achieve my dream of being a physician-scientist, as an MD-PhD. When I am not in the lab, I enjoy being active. I recently started a photography business and am learning French in my free time.
