Scholar Description

I am working with Dr. Avi Sahu developing my skills in Machine Learning for Bioinformatics as part of the TumorAI team. I have experience with both wet lab and computational methods through work in the Cancer Research Facility and focusing my research on developing methods for predicting patient drug response, finding RBP targets, and creating tools for quickly standardizing annotations for interfacing with public databases.
